From four-year-old Little Dragons to adult black belts, every program has its own goals, schedule and instructor.

Thirty-minute classes that build listening, balance and coordination through games, with a karate kick at the end of every lesson.

Traditional karate for kids: forms, sparring basics and the belt system, with focus and respect built into every class.

A full workout and a real martial art, from first class to black belt, for ages 13 and up. Beginners start every month.

Parents and kids train together on Saturday mornings: one class, one schedule, and family bragging rights.

Practical, two-hour workshops on awareness, boundaries and escapes, for anyone, no karate experience required.

Little Dragons starts at age four. If your child can follow a few simple directions, they're ready to try.

Comfortable athletic clothes and bare feet. We provide a uniform when you join.

Most of our adult students started as complete beginners. New students start every month.
